c.> Once you confirm to purchase VCC from me, I will send you the account no ( VCC have total 16 digits account no, same as credit card ) and their security code ( 3 digits ). All this information I will pass to you through your email address.

d.> The last important thing, if any problem to your transaction with PayPal or ebay, please inform to me as soon as possible. If the problem cannot be resolve,I will refund back your money within 48 hours.


How to buy?
You can purchase VCC with no limit quantity from me, but purposely to buy VCC are to verify and activate PayPal and Ebay. For Google Adword, you have to add USD5 dollar because usually Google adword will charge you USD5 dollar to activate your account.

To buy from me, at first you have to contact me. I always can be contact through email, Yahoo Mesennger or Google Talks.

After receive your order and once I receive and confirm your payment, I will send you the account no and security code for the card within 24hours. ( Usually I will take about 1/2 hour only to send it to you), just in case if any problem arise, you will receive the card within 24hours.

Payment can be make to me using Liberty Reserve and Moneybookers. PayPal also can be use to purchase the VCC if you decide to open another backup account with PayPal or to link your ebay account.
